Default Slow, laboring power windows

In my 95 EX Sedan, the power windows roll down OK, but when going back up, it sounds likethe windowmotor is really struggling. Is the window motor about to die? I'm afraid to roll them down now because I'm afraid they'll get stuck in the down position. It's consistent with both of the front windows, however the 2 rear windows operate just fine.
Is that typical for an older Honda?

goto the DIY section and read the post about slow window operation, there is also a post about how to change your motors should you want to.
