slow window roll up

Default slow window roll up

i just recently bought my cd7 accord and when i try to roll up my driver side window it is very slow, i can hear the motor trying to push it up but how do i fix this problem? passenger side is starting to go slow as well...

It could be a weak motor, but I would pull off the door panel and lubricate the window run channel with silicone paste.

Search YouTube for D1svF3Pmolc. It is a good video on how to do this.

You can try to lubricate the run channel in place with the window rolled up without having to remove the channel.

Kind of expensive but from reading it does the trick...Shin-Etsu Grease. Check with your Honda dealer or order it on line...

Yes is is spelled right, just add the "pre-fix".
