spark plug
I would say if you cant remember the last time you did you should, do the spark plug wires and possibly the cap and rotor while you are at it. I like NGKs the most, and NGK iridiums claim up to 60,000 miles, this is with normal driving, but even still i dont think i would keep them in that long.
Check your owner's manual. They should have the recommended mileage to change the plugs and may have the specific plug to get. Platinum plugs (I think these are the OEM plugs) last pretty long from what I remember.
I'm running NGK Platinum right now... they were like $1 more, so WTH not? Spark plugs are so cheap I usually just replace them yearly, like a spring clean-up on the car and clean/re-gap them every so often... maybe that's just my car OCD.
I like the NGK double plats. They are the most expensive, but that is also what Honda recommends for my 2000 model. You should check the owner's manual. it will telly ou the exact part number. I bet it is for NGK plats though. The double plats claim to last 100k miles.
