Default Spark Plug n Axel Question

Hi there.

I just want to know what is the best spark plug for a 94 Honda Accord EX Vtec.

Second Question. I think my axel is bad. I heard little noise when making a turn. I went under the car and the boot near the axel is coming off.. I believe a metal clamp came off.
Should I buy a clamp and put it on or change the entire axel?
This is the Driver Side Axel.

Also I change the pax side axel 2 years ago. if need to replace on the drive side do i need to replace on the pax side too???

Thank you.

Plugs,, NGK ZFR5F-11
As for the axle, if it is noisy, replace it, replace ONLY the one that is noisy
