I have a totally stock 95' accord lx 2.2.. i went to see how fast it go cause i just got the car a few days ago.. anyway a got it to 115 at 4000 rpm.. is that a governor or what..

What happen at 115 mph?A lot of cars are governed.

5th gens will only go up to 115 when the fuel cut off it reached. It's kind of scary the first time you hit it because, well, you're going 115 and not expecting to be jerked back and forth. lol

Probably about there. It's usually an RPM limit, not speed related.

yeah i figured it was an rpm thing because it was at 4000 exactly so thats what i thought yeah it was kinda freaky lol
