Hi i have a 1992 honda accord ex and when i drive it warms up then when i shut the car off it wont restart until i let it cool down for 10 min or so. i had a friend with a scanner hook it up and it is not reading any thing is wrong he tested the fuel pump it works fine he also tested a relay under the dash the one that shuts everything off it tested fine also. i was wondering if anyone has heard or had this happen to them and what they did to fix it? thanks a lot.
