Default Daytime Running Lights

I drive a 98 4dr accord and have seen a couple accords now with what looks like daytime running lights. they have them where the high beams are. i was wondering if anyone knows a way to add daytime running lights without drilling a whole in the headlights and running wires for new bulbs or getting rid of the high beams for daytime lights.

The Canadian cars of your era were required to have DRL. You might want to check with a good parts department or enthusiast oriented dealer to see if the Canadian harness and relay can be ordered for you.

This will not be cheap, but if you want to do it without drilling holes ( ) then this might work for you. The Canadian DRL use just reduced power high beams, as do the 2006 USDM Accords.
