Nope, not the srs. The seat belts have a lifetime warranty. Some of the parts overlap, we do A LOT of buckles.

Conclusion and final chapter of SRS light story. Went to Honda this morning, and pulled up code for seatbelt latch. This was the 2nd time I had the same part replaced in the course of 3 years. Tech told me that seatbelts are lifetime warranty. OPDS is 10 years. No cost, no more light, on with the rest of my life.
