Default Starting Issue, 92 CB9

I recently bought a 1992 Honda Accord Wagon EX CB9 with a F22A6 and an auto. It has 255,000 miles. It ran rough so I did Plugs, Wires, cap rotor. It ran better. After driving it a couple of days I noticed it did not want to start when it was warm. You would have to wait for it to cool down. When it did start it would crank alot and you would have to give it some gas or it would die again. It would smell really rich and would give a puff of white smoke out the exhaust. I replaced the Main Relay thinking that was the problem but it still had the same issue. The car runs great other then the hard starting when it was warm, and after the hard start it would always run great. Now it starts hard ALL THE TIME even when it has sat, now no puff of smoke when its cold. It will crank excessively and you have to give it some gas to get it started hold it for a bit but then it will idle normally by itself and run mint again.

I think it might be ether:
Ignition switch
TW sensor
Ignition control unit

I would really like your guys input on this it has been driving me crazy because it has no check engine light and no codes coming up! Thanks!

Well I was fiddling with it today and found the black connector part of the TW sensor (coolant temp sensor in the head) was loose and I wiggled it and it fell off the brass part of the sensor. I replaced it now going to see if it dose the same thing.

Which TW sensor?
Under the distributor there's 2 different sensors in the head.

Single-wire sensor is the sender for the dashboard temperature gauge. That one won't cause any problems starting.

Two-wire sensor is the ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor. That one is for the ECU so it can cause hard starting.

Still has the same problem. will start when the car is cold will not start when its warm. Found out the 3 of plugs are fowled by oil. Must be coming from the rings or the valve stem seals.

Oil from valve stem seals is worse on deceleration (higher vacuum). Have a buddy follow you, then try engine-braking while he watches for smoke.

Rings will probably show different results for dry vs. wet compression test.

New ECT sensor doesn't prove that the wiring for that sensor is OK.
