Default Steer and Brake vibration?

I shouldve asked this before but oh well here goes !

In my 91 accord I have a vibration on my steering when the car is going at 80 or 100 or above and when i let go of my steering the car driifts to the right...now the driifting takes place even when the car is at low speeds....like 60kms or 50kms....so now i have 2 big problems on highways....my tyres are new..my dad got them on the car when we bought it...just a few months ago...the only thing i know is that when we changed the front right wheel bearing thats when the drifting began...so i dont know if i need balancing or allignment after changing the bearing??

You need an alignment.

x2 .... alignment and probably dynamic wheel balancing. You can lose a wheel weight at any time.
