Default Strange problem with my 2005 Accord (k24a2)

hi frd,
i am having a strange problem with my 2005 Accord. Some times its pick goes like sporty and often goes like slow.
i noticed during the period when it is getting good pick after the fill of fuel in tank it get back to slow mode. When fuel get lower than quarter in my tank it goes on sporty pick again and sometimes not.

don't know what's going on first i thought it is the problem with the fuel. But on same fuel it goes like this.On half tank car feels slow and as soon as it reaches below quarter it' pick get better.

i check all oil levels they are ok.
no check engine light
got tuned it a month ago but no improvement
fuel injectors got checked by honda dealer and they are also in good condition
recently changed engine oil and transmission oil

very strange problem to describe but hope you guys understand what i am trying to say

In simple car is slow most of the time and some times becomes so nice that i can feel i am driving a sporty beast.

Please help me what else i can check.

Honda shop manual has following suggestions for "Low Power, MIL works OK, No DTC's set".

1) Check Fuel Pressure
2) 03-05 models Test the Throttle body (test throttle cable and Throttle Position Sensor)
3) Inspect/adjust the throttle cable 03-05 models

If you don't have a shop manual, you can buy an emanual for your model from automanualsource.com for $22.

good luck
