2005 accord,v6,auto, dual air system, Strange noise in area near speedometer. Sounds like a dry speedo cable or a hamster running on a wheel. Noise there when parked or driving down the road. Suggestions?

 

Sounds like infamous air mix control motor. It can make sounds such as scratching, growling, and clicking.

Thanks. What is the noise? The motor running constantly?

 

Motor feedback circuit gets dirty causing motor to hunt back/forth. Motor/gear defects in unit can also cause problems.
