Stuck nuts Tailights

Default Stuck nuts Tailights

I need help removing my aftermarket taillights. Let me rephrase that, I know how to but the nuts I put on the lights to keep them in place won't come off they just spin the whole screw.

Looks like you're going to have to make up and use epoxy/glass to embed new screws. May have to dremel grind the existing ones off.
No need for locknuts here. That may be why the captive studs have broken away from the plastic. The standard nut will just be a flange-nut having a wider base than a standard nut, (but a washer would be fine)
