Does anybody on here have a step by step guidance on how to remove a 2004 Honda Accord v6 subframe?

Your best bet would be to purchase the shop manual. You can buy the manual at automanualsource.com for ~$22 for your car and definitely worth the money.

Search youtube for videos as well.

Overall, you'll have to disconnect the lower control arm and tie-rod end from the knuckle. I think you'll have to remove the CV joints. Disconnect the lines to the power steering rack (which may be a major pain) along with the steering column. On my TSX (like the 4 cylinder accord), the flex pipe and catalytic converter have to be removed as well.
