Hey everyone.
This is hard for me to do as I am a tried and tru Chevy Man.
But after working for Honda and Acura for over a year now its only expected that I run into a deal.
I was recently given a 92 Accord sedan 5 spd in really good condition body wise. Mechanically the motor is shot and the clutch is bad. Currently I have the opportunity to purchase a 1993 Accord sedan 5 spd that runs really strong and smooth, and also a new clutch for $400. However the body is sideswiped down one side, and typical Honda rust has devoured the other.
My question is to the degree of difficulty in a swap of the motor and clutch.
I am moderately experienced with auto mechanics. I do have the access to the necessary tools (as I said I work in detail for both Honda and Acura dealerships), as well as the people.
I look forward to any input. Thanks alot...

Should be a relatively easy swap. You don't say what each car is (DX, LX, EX, ??). Use the computer that goes with the engine, especially if one engine is VTEC & the other isn't.
Look in the DIY section for a sticky thread about manuals. Get the manual for those years & it'll have all kinds of detail about removing the engine/trans.
They're both 5-speeds, so you won't have to worry about converting the center console & pedals.
