swap help 91 accord
Well some of you were helping me alot with my non-start problem....I eventually gave up and had it towed, turns out the engine is blown. So, faced with scrapping the car, I have an option that I'm wondering about
My car has a F22A6 engine...someone on a forum is selling a F22B non-vtec from a 94 (assuming this is the B2, as the B1 was the vtec)
Apart from the obvious 10hp drop..which I don't care about as this is just an a to b commuter car....How simple would this swap be? Any known issues, wiring, manifold, coolant hoses, whatever? Also, would it make any difference if my car was auto and the other was standard?
Sorry if those are really dumb questions, I'm just trying to get a feel for whether this would be feasible at minimum cost..
