I am new to tuning but i wanted to get into it and i just wanted to know if any parts are interchangable with either Acura cars or other Honda automobiles besides an Accord. I have a 1998 Honda Accord with a j30a1 engine in it. I was looking into putting a k&n cold air intake to start off with and then was looking into adjustable coilovers. My main question is, is there certain cars from either Acura or Honda that are similar enough to mine that i could use performance parts that are built for them and put them in mine. An example of this would be coilovers made for an Acura and i would want to know would they be interchangable with my honda. Any help would be greatly appreciated, if you need to know more just post and i will explain further. Again I am a noob to car tuning and upgrading. Thanks for your time.

Well, you can use the CL 6spd manual to swap out your auto. Many of the CL/TL suspension parts are the same, I have a 2004+ TL-S rear sway bar on my car...

As far as buying parts made for a TL and putting them on an Accord, such as coilovers, is dumb... they were designed for a different chassis and body. Anything else that fits usually can be swapped over though.
