Default Test driving a used car

Today while test driving a 2005 accord coupe lx for the second time I noticed that when I stopped at a red light about half the time the car would kind of shake and it felt like it was coming from the transmission. Is this something I should be worried about?

Any help is really appreciated, thank you.

4-cyl engine? Auto tranny? These things matter.

Try again with the ventilation set to anything BUT defrost. When the air is directed to defrost (or mixed-defrost-floor) it runs the air conditioner in stealth mode. No green pilot-light on the AC button, but the AC IS running. That makes the engine vibrate more and the radiator fans will be running. That's kinda normal, depending on how strong the vibrations are.

I have a 2003 Accord 2dr and there is no noticeable vibration from the AC. I would expect that on more early Hondas. The 2005 is the same engine.
