Hello is there a VIN # stamped on engine for 94 Honda Accord EX?

Or is it just Dashboard, door frame, and engine firewall?

Curious because I am registering a Out of state vehicle that has the engine swapped.(I know DMV will verify vins to register)

Yes. Is not a problem, unless stolen...

 

The VIN is only stamped on the driver's side of the dash board.

The engine has a different number stamped on it. It will be F22B1####### where the last numbers are the serial number for that engine. There is no VIN number stamped on the engine as far as I know.

 

VINs are hidden all over the place on the car, the hidden areas are for the very purpose of identifying stolen cars or verifying authenticity. Some of the numbers are not the full VIN number as shown on your dash or registration; but, a derivative of it.
