Default Throttle Stop Screw Stuck

Hi I have an issue with my 91' Accord. When I let go of the gas the butterfly catches and I have to slam the pedal to get it to move again. I looked and noticed that the throttle stop screw is away from the throttle. I tried to adjust it back up so the pedal is good, but it won't budge. It is almost seized in, the same thing with my Idle Air Screw. How can I get these to loosen up, I've tried wd40 and a little bit of heat, but still nothing.

yes, I just jerry rigged it so it would't catch onto itself, I ended up finding and piece of plastic that fits perfectly onto the stop screw and pushes the throttle just enough so it won't stick, but doesn't accelerate.

The cars a 5 speed so I'll be able to press the clutch in if anything happens, but nothing should happen. It fits right around the stop screw and is glued on with silicone gasket so it will come off when I want it to.

Don't think the "stop" is adjustable.........how much slack is in the cable?

I can't remember if you have a service manual or not? IMO, you've been beat up enough on other sites, I will try to help where I can.

If you don't have a service manual let me know and I can link you to a few choices...not the best but of some help.

Something like a vac cap over the top of the "stop" should be fine.....I think that is what the OE set up is like? Been a while.

Thanks for the help, Im not sure if it is adjustable either, but will my set up work for now? It works good and is removable if need be.

Yes I do have a manual,

The throttle cable is adjusted correct I actually had to loosen it because it had no free play and made the throttle stay open a little so it would idle at 1000.

According to the manual, see pic, the stop is not adjustable.

If I remember, hint to remind me as I'm old and forget things, I'll send you a PM about something I've seen some do that might have led to this issue.
