Default Timing and water pump kit.

Hey peeps. I am thinking of doing the timing and water pump. I am getting near 100K mark. I noticed several choices on NAPA's website for example. Can anybody reccomment a good kit for a decent price. I always get worried with cheaper because it isnt always better. Input please. Thanks!

I would use Honda parts. You can probably get them cheaper from an online dealership (HandAaccessories.com) than your local dealership. HandA has a kit, but it doesn't include a lot of parts. I got the kit from HandA, and ordered the pulleys from an online dealership in Texas (cheap shipping to Louisiana). Check a few different online dealerships, to get the best prices. I paid a little over $300 for the timing belt, serpentine belt, water pump, idler pulley, adjuster pulley, tensioner, and valve cover gaskets.

I bought a Goodyear kit from Ebay for less than 1/2 what Honda parts would have cost/

There is nothing wrong with Goodyear parts.
