If someone could let me know what the spark plugs should be torqued at, that would be great.

Don't have a torque wrench. How would one tigthen plugs without one?

 

Just tighten them fairly tight. You don't want to over tighten them though.I boughta cheap "beam type" torque wrench at Auto Zone for $10. Beam type torque wrenches are very accurate. Their only downfall is you have to be able to see the gauge to read how much torque you are applying. My advice would be to look for a cheap beam type torque wrench so you could be sure you are torquing correctly.

I think the general convention for torques when a torque wrench is not available is tighten it hand tight and then 1/4 turn with the ratchet/wrench. You can also rent a torque wrench from autozone for free, you just have put down a deposit. Also, if you have to use any type of swivel sockets to get a bolt, you should not use a torque wrench as the swivel joint will throw off the torque.

I also agree with AgentofDarkness about hand tight plus 1/4 turn when no torque wrench available. Although some people can hand tighten harder than others!
