Default Tranny oil change

I have seen several posting that indicate that members are changing the tranny fluid at 30K. Shop manual states 120K for first change. I assume that this is just personal preference.

absolutely not......you change your tranny fluid at one 20 and you better buy a new transmission along with it.

you are forgetting that once car is past 3 years or 36k miles , it is out of warranty,, it is your baby.........especially if is is AUTO tranny
So Honda won't care if your tranny takes a crap at 50-60 k miles ....

A word of advice ,,,,,,,,,,,,, DO NOT go by what owner manual reccomends ,,,,,,,,
