Default Transmission

hey, i was driving my girlfriend home when my tranny popped out of gear. I have a 95 accord lx auto btw. I pulled the car over and the car in d4 would move but as soon as i went over 15 or 20 mph then it would jump out again and my engine would rev really high. i turned my car off looked under the car for any leaks didnt find any but it was dark. i restarted my car and i shifted to d4 and the car began to roll but once again it only got so far before i had no gear at all. its the same thing with 1, 2, d3, d4, and R. i tried to get it out of the way some 20 mins later and it actually went up and shifted in d4 but very slowly. I had to tow it home at 1:30 at night awesome right. Anyway if anyone has had this problem or know what it is please help. Thank You

Have you checked the ATF fluid level lately?
Is it clean, pink, dirty, gritty?

Also every thing is acting normal as far as lights. like the d4 lights up like normal same with all the other gears. and the check engine light is not on. The car shifts better when its cold before it heats up
