05 Honda Accord 2.4

The ownersmanual states that to check the tranmission fluid level,the engine must NOT be running. Is that right??

I want to drain/flush out the radiator, where is that drain valvelocated.whats the best way to go about this?

 

As with ALL Hondas, check trans fluid level with the Engine OFF.
Look along the bottom of the radiator for a little drain valve, should have white wings on it.
