Default Transmission Fluish

I got my honda a few years ago. I asked the guy I purchased it from if it ever had the transmission flused. He told me that he always drained and refilled it, but never flushed it.

I wanted to know, if I take it to get it flushed, would it hurt my transmission??? This is the orginal trans, which has almost 400,000 miles on it.

Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated!!!

I would just change the fluid with the honda z-1 . If your doing it your self look at the color and the metal on the plug. have a 94 with same miles . mine went at 200k

Thank you for such a quick reponse!! Unfortunately, I had to replace my engine at 400,000 due to a crack in the engine block. My tranny is holding on strong!!

Thanks everyone!!
