If engine starts when you hear the fuel pump and doesn't start otherwise, the Main Fuel Relay (MFR) is likely source of problem.

Turn keyswitch to On, you should hear 2 soft clicks (MFR) from under dash, Check Engine Light (CEL) on, and fuel pump run for 2-3 secs and cut off. CEL should go off w/ fuel pump.

If you don't hear the clicks and no fuel pump run, MFR is highly likely.

Post back your findings for additional help.

good luck
