Default Trunk leak and closing issue

Does it look like that trunk is closed properly to you all? No!
My trunk has a good amount of water in it after a good rain, right along the edge of the trunk behind each tail light. (I have the carpet removed)

Since I hear tail lights leak pretty frequently (and the passenger one is broken) I figure this would be the first line of attack for this, but if my trunk isn't closing properly then I don't think I can really expect a good seal. YOUR right about that!

Also, does anyone know a good place to get a replacement tail light lens and gasket for cheap? The honda store wanted $150 for a new lens and $25 per gasket!!!!! YES but you'd have to get the trunk fixed before you get your New Tailight assembly's..

I will get better pictures in the day light tomorrow.

Any ideas on how to fix the trunk?

That is really going to depend on what is bent/broken? Could be a simple as the trunk lid is bent - might be able to bend back the one you have? - or something else like the read quater panel has to be replaced.

Can't really tell by the pic......
