Default Tune up and Brakes Questions!!

Hey guys.. my 2000 Accord V Six needs a tune up and some brake work. Is it difficult to do it yourself? A friend told me the newer cars have all kinds of things you have to take off to do the job. Is this true, if not any tips? Thanks!!!

Brakes are easy unless your resurfacing the rotors.

piece of cake both of them...........As for the brakes, remove wheels, remove lower caliper bolt . switng caliper out of the way, press the piston in, replace the pads get HONDA pads they won't squeak ..put the molycote on pads and shims that come with pads ,

For the tune up replace air filter if dirty, car should have platinim plugs,, unless u got over 60k miles do not bother replacing plugs.. if over 60k, get some NGK platinum plugs ,,,

Why do u say car needs a tune up ?? because of time and or mileage ?? or is it running rough??
