I resently bought a 95 accord 5 speed... Sometimes, especially when its cold, it hesitates to start... Not the engine, I think it might be electrical.. I hold the clutch, and turn the key, but a lot of times it takes awhile for the engine to start to turn over.. It seems like it happens a lot in the rain and colder weather... It was raining this morning when i was leaving for work, and it took a few minutes, just hold down the clutch and turning the key... Im new to hondas and would appreciate any advice... Thanks a lot!

 

I'd start with checking the battery cables to be sure they are clean and tight...both ends, battery and the "other" ends. Would also have the battery tested, most places do this for free.
