Turn signal: humming inside the car

Question Turn signal: humming inside the car
Whenever hit the turn signal, there is a humming sound, inside the car. Exterior observation shows that the signals work, but slowly.

What des this mean?

We'd need to start with a little more information. What year and trim level is the Accord you have?
