Default Turn Signal Relay

My turn signals stopped working. I checked the fuses and although none looked burnt, I replaced them. To no avail, my turn signals still don't work. I'm thinking it's a relay switch. Anyone have any suggestions? Pictures or a schematic -including a description- would be greatly appreciated. My Accord is a 96, EX, 2 Door.

Thank you. No, I didn't check the #35, 15 amps in the underhood fuse box. I'll check it and see if it needs to be replaced. I did check the other one, though.
