Default Uneven brake wear on 2000 Accord

I just finished doing a brake job on my dad's Accord. It has around 120,000 miles and it just got a lot of firsts. New plugs, rotor, cap, cabin air filter, and brakes. The brakes were in definite need of work. On both of the front brakes the inner pads had less than 1/16th of an inch of pad left while the outer pads had about 1/4 to 3/8 inch of pad left. They were exactly the same on both sides. I know uneven wear is bad but the car doesn't brake funny and the pads are worn the same which points to Honda, but shoud I be worried or even care?
Thanks.

The slide pins probably just dried out in the middle of the life of the pads. Uneven wear is a common symptom of that.

Should they be replaced?

Yeah, make sure you wipe all the dry grease off and well, what I do is just dip them in my big can of disc brake grease and away they go.
