Default upgrades to my accord

Hello all, I'm new to the forum; I have a 94 accord ex, f22b1, just added a cat-back exhaust, and about to add the header and hi-flow cat to complete the exhaust. My question is: when I install the header do I have to allow a period for the header to "break in" to prevent it from cracking, or can i run it hard the first day. Any and all input would be appreciated. Also I have another question; I have a f23a vtec motor that I thought about changing the head to one from an H22 twin cam. Would that work? what mods or changes would I need to make for it to work. Again any/all help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't heard of a header cracking the first day.

Putting a H series head on a F series block is known as a G series frankenstein build. You can just google g22 or g23 and you will see what you need to do. It is a lot of time, money, and effort to not gain very much power. Be easier just to put a H22 in and make a lot more power.
