Default Upper Hose Boiling

Hey guys hope your all having a good day and in a helping mood , my car over heated today but just passed the middle line so I turned it off and I noticed my upper hose boiling over.

My water pump had gone bad so I replaced it as well as the timing belt so I don't think that is the problem. My only guess is a plugged radiator since I don't have a thermostat installed in the car.

Should I just replace the radiator since that's about the only thing I haven't replaced. ( The cap has been replaced as well)

My car is a 1995 Honda Accord EX 2.2 vtec

Thank you guys for your help and advice its much appreciated.

first thing you need to do is put a thermostat in and bleed the system properly and then see where you are at with the overheating...never good to leave out the t-stat.
