What I meant to ask is if it is possible to extract them from the ODBII that is in my car.

 

No, youd have to get a Hondata S300 or K-Pro to do any map editing. Again, Hondata or AEM would be the only route with OBDII.

EDIT: Not sure which Hondata system has OBDII support, you'd have to look into that, and the K-Pro is obviously for K-series engines and didn't think about your J30. IMO this whole project is not worth it and you would have to have everything done at performance shop.
