Default V6 Engine start noise (cold weather)

Hello guys. I have 2009 Accord V6.

From last week, I've heard strange noise from a engine room.

It only happens for the first start after sitting all night and only with cold weather (below 50F).

I found the same problem from Youtube.

I posted the same thread in driveaccord.net. There are many Accord V6 owners, who have exactly same issue.

Someone is suspecting the power steering pump but someone is the starting motor.

I have tried to replace the O-ring on the PS pump inlet, but still noise.

Do you guys have any clue or solution?

Sounds like it could be an air/vacuum leak to me. Could the intake tube be leaking? Or a vacuum hose somewhere?
