There are numerous rebuild/remanufacture kits available for the old 4-Speed Honda automatic transmissions. As for swapping to a manual, yes, possible, but it is hard to come by the parts. Say you have a 6th generation Accord (1998-2002), if you find a wrecked Acura CL Type-S with a 6MT, you can pull the transmission, clutch pedal, clutch hydraulics, and shifter infrastructure (linkage and console parts), and put them into the Accord. The wrinkle here is you'll need to do some fab work to get the clutch hydraulics mounted securely and more fab work to mount the clutch pedal. Given there were very few CL Type-S 6MT cars built, and given how they're becoming more rare by the day, finding one could take months, if not years. By far your best approach would be to have your transmission remanufactured with a high-end kit.

I must have said it wrong but I know that the manual swap is a whole job etc lol I was saying can an automatic be built up like lsd and stronger gears etc? Can I full swap(ecu, motor&trans)a j32a2/3? I know I’ll have to use an accord/CL/TL transmission. Is there a certain one or are all close? I know I’ll have to rebuild whatever transmission I get

I am very curious too, specifically the question of will any J series automatic transmission fit on a J30A1 motor?
I've come down to the realization that my only option is to pull a J series transmission automatic from a junkyard. Which one(s) will fit to my J30A1 motor and run correctly without modification?

The answer to will any J-Series transmission fit is a definitive "no". What transmission is currently in your car; my guess is it is a 4-Speed automatic, and that is what you should stay with if you expect to do a swap for a reasonable amount of money, have the new transmission work properly, and be reliable.

About to do the thing like start today or tomorrow... So for a semi "reasonable amount of money, have the new transmission work properly, and be reliable." which could go with the J30A1 and what kind of/where could I find a kit or what other parts would I need?

There are three J-Series engines which used the same basic transmission, cars with the J30, early J32, and early J35 engines. Assuming your J30A1 is in a 1998 or later Accord, then the best H4 transmission of that series was the BAYA transmission built in the U.S. for the 2006 and 2007 Accord.
