V6 valve clearance

Default V6 valve clearance
2005 Accord V6
The Owners Manual calls for an "Inspect every 105,000 miles ... otherwise adjust only if noisy."
Does "inspect" mean feeler gauge measurement and adjust as required at 105k?

unless they are really really rapping i would not worry about it..
and it is not as easy to do a valve adjustment on a v6 engine ,, lots of stuff has to come off

At 22k this is very close to an electric motor.
4V X 6 is indeed labor intensive.
