Default Vehicle speed sensor (vss)

So I replaced my clutch in my 2000 Honda Accord dx 2.3l manual transmission. Now my speedometer and odometer don't work. Im getting a code for the vss when auto zone checked it but I'm having trouble finding exactly where the vss is located on a 2000 Honda Accord manual. If anyone can give me some detailed information I would appreciate it. I've watched prolly 60 you tube videos. Most are for automatics and when I look at my engine I don't see it

So I found the sensor it would seem I forgot to unplug it and pulled the 3 wires out. Can anyone confirm the correct order which they go into the connector. The black with orange strip I'm sure is in the right spot cause the whole metal inside came out. The other 2 the wires were just ripped. My cruise control is after market so I assume one is for that?. Any wiring diagrams?the blue and white one on the right in the pic fun into a hole in the fire wall

I got this from my Hanes manual so I think I got it right? It's just confusing me cause it has the black ground on the bottom

The wiring diagram is the electrical schematic and doesn't show where the pins are located. Some diagrams have numbers around the VSS box so you know what pin it is located.

My shop manual doesn't have the pinout. I'd say your best bet might be to look at pictures of used parts on ebay to see if they have wire harness with it.

A u-pull-it junk yard may be your best bet to get the connector and the wires. Then you can splice or solder them into your existing wire harness.

That's a good idea. I didn't think of the junkyard idea

The wire colors for the terminals are:
1 - Blk
2 - Blk/Yel
3 - Blu/Wht

Since that is a female connector, the terminal numbering will be from the wire side of the connector.
