Default Vibration on acceleration

1993 DX Sedan with 152k. 5speed. All new front end parts and bushings. Strange vibration accelerating after placing in second gear and even in third. New clutch and cv shafts. Tranny fluid was changed using Honda manual tranny fluid. Comes and goes sometimes, but is almost always there. Has been aligned after new parts and struts. Brakes are fine. No pulsation. Tires are good and are balanced. New motor and tranny mounts. At wits end. I think I have covered everything that was replaced. Please help.

Have you swapped tires around? A bent rim might not be noticed when balancing if the guy's not looking for it.

A bad tire (shifting belts) can be re-balanced till you're blue in the face, but driving on the road can produce vibrations. Look for a shop that has a Hunter GSP9700 balancing machine. That presses the tire against a roller while it balances it.
