VSA dragging brakes

Angry VSA dragging brakes
I have a new 09 4 cylinder coupe the VSA seems to be holding me back at times and when I turn it off it seems it goes into free wheeling mode and starts rolling better. Are my brakes dragging from VSA? Does anyone else have this problem?

On my last 2 tanks my mileage was 19 mpg with vsa on

26 mpg with vsa off

Take it to the dealer... you have a warranty for a reason.
