Hi,

I have a 1997 Honda Accord EX (4cly) with 135k miles.

From reading other posts, I think my VSS has failed or is failing.

When I start out, the speedometer remains at 0mph and the the Cruise does not work. Also, my check engine light is illumiated, but I don't know which code.

After riding for 15 minutes or so, the speedometer comes back to life and the cruise control than works again. Then the speedo will fail again.

Can a VSS be partially failed?
Does anyone know where the VSS is on my model?
Also, I read about I could havea potential fuse problem?
