1995 Accord Ex

Hey guys so my speedometer is going crazy sometimes or doesnt work at all. and I have a flashing D light. The code it gives me is a vss code. So I have a feeling its because of a bad ground but I cant figure out where it is. Any idea?

I've replaced everything from the speedometer to the vss gear shaft. and the easiest thing to check now is the ground. btw I didnt buy anything just swapped with working parts from my friends car.

 

Did both the check engine light and the D4 light flash a code for the VSS? D4 would be a code 4 and the check engine light would flash a code 17.

 

yes it did. but the weird thing is it had gone away for about rwo weeks with out me doing anything. and itsback now
