Default Overheating O_o ?

Hey guys thanks in advance for any help.

I have a 96 accord lx and it keeps overheating on me. The 1st time it did it was after it was stolen and i knew they blew my head so i fixed that. then changed the water pump, thermostat, timing belt, hose...
The radiator i changed back when the head was still bad so right now im guessing it is clogged up with all the sealants i put into it. Do you guys think it might be the radiator? I jumped my fans so they are always on when the car is on as well...

When my car overheats it starts in the coolant reservoir and then everything comes out thru there, steam every time i drive the car after 5 minutes. Any idea or should I just let the car go?

Well the mechanic took it to the machine shop or he says anyways lol and its been about 2-3 weeks since i did the head. Right now I flushed the whole system and removed the thermostat and then put coolant in it and drove it for about 15 minutes and that was even worse cuz it was over heating super fast... Well I got the radiator and will install it tomorrow, should i install the thermostat again or just not put it on?

You might want to do a compression test to see if something is up with any of the cylinders or the new head gasket.
