overheating, a/c blowing hot air '95
Im having problems while idle/low speed.
My temp gauge shoots almost all the way up, and my AC starts blowing hot air.
Everything works fine when traveling at a reasonable speed (30mph+).
I recharged my freon about a month ago, no difference.
Found out only one cooling fan runs, no matter how hot the car is. The other one run's fine.
Would replacing the one cooling fan fix the temp problem and hot a/c problem? Or is it more complex..?
I live in Florida, I need my cold air back.

Too complex for a simple answer. If only one fan is running then it could surely cause a problem. How old is the thermostat? When was the entire cooling system serviced? What age are the coolant hoses, clamps, water pump, etc?
You may need to address several issues to cure the problem.
