A/C blowing hot air

Default A/C blowing hot air
Recently my 98 Honda Accord started blowing hot air periodically. When this happens the dashboard lights for the air/heat etc. also go out. The freon has been recharged andI don't see any indication of leaking.As of yesterday itis only blowing hot air.Can it be a fuse since the lights go out as well?
