i have a 94 ex and the vtec is not kickin it instead it keeps throwing a code 22 changed the vtec solenoid and the gasket made sure the oil is full but its still throwing the code.. i also tried changing the ecu and it still does it. does any one have any suggestions

 

It may be the wiring.

In the Online Manuals thread in the DIY section the spoon site has a 94 shop manual that you can download. Go through the tree and do the electrical tests to isolate the problem. It is on page 6-6.
