take 3 bolts off, take old gasket off, put new gasket on, re install 3 bolts

There are three bolts that hold the vtec to the cylinder head. Remove those and replace the gasket.

The problem is that at least one of the bolts is almost impossible to get at. Drain the coolant and remove the entire thermostat housing to access the lower bolt towards the middle of the car. You may want to take off the air intake tube to get more room in there.

Then the job is pretty simple once you remove that housing. You unbolt the engine side of the housing and twist/pull it off of the hard line that is fed by the water pump.

dont over torque them i will try to get the torque specs, but i'm sure its not much.

specs call for 8.7 lbf which is nothing
