You may want to have someone in the car while an assistant puts a hose on different sections of the car to begin tracking down the source. It sounds like a lot of water is getting into the car.
My car only leaks under the back seat, not the floorboard. What seal would need to be replaced to remedy this leak?
Thanks!

I moved your post to create a new thread. What year accord do you have? Does your car have a sunroof?

You really need to find the leak to fix it. I'd check the trunk to see if the back of the seats are wet or if water is also getting into the trunk.

its a 97 4 door with no sunroof. I will search the trunk next time it rains!

The weird part is that the spot leaks but there is no sign of where it comes from.

It has to be coming from higher than the rear seats. I'd suspect the rear glass, the trunk, or possibly the roof seals where the water would run down to the back seat and not the floor.

An assistant and a garden hose may help you find the source. You can also remove components in the back and spray the area with athlete's foot powder, then look for a water path to narrow down the leak. Lining with newspaper is another route.
